System and Rate of Play:

Nine round of Swiss system, valid for international rating and norms.

The playing time will be 90 minutes for all moves with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one.

 Digital clocks are provided from Bulgarian Chess Federation.

Location: Vratsa, County Youth House-Vratsa.

Participation:All women chess-players from Bulgaria and FIDE regular member countries are invited. Entry fee - 20 EURO. Girls under 18 - 10 EURO . WIM’s and WGM’s - FREE OF CHARGE.
Organizers could offer free accommodation for WGM’s and WIM’s from abroad, requested for it before registration deadline. Please use contacts below.

Tie-breaks: In case of equal points, final standing will be decided with tie-breaks in order: 1)Mediana-Buchholz; 2)Buchholz; 3)Greater number of victories; 4)FIDE-Progress; 5)Sonnenborg-Berger.

Visas: Participants outside the EU need an entry visa for Bulgaria. Conditions of visa can learn from the nearest Bulgarian embassy/consulate. For a letter of invitation please send scanned copy of the passport to organizers.
